For most tests we recommend using a Short Term test kit, especially for preliminary and exploratory testing. If you are looking to do a secondary test, you may want to use a different type of radon test. You can refer to our flowchart to help decide which test is right for you!

There are several steps to take in this situation:

  • Contact us so that we can have the shipping company initiate a trace on your package. Oftentimes they can locate it and will get it sent to you!

  • If your package has been stolen or cannot be located, we are able to replace your order! If this is the case for your package, we will send you an affidavit to fill out and sign for us. Once we receive the affidavit back from you, we will send your reorder to you.
